Unfortunately, with every new season comes the potential for dubious business practices. Have a hunch a contractor might be cutting corners by skipping essential licenses? NESPA offers a discreet, anonymous process where you can report your suspicions. We'll notify the proper authorities.

2.  Answer a few simple questions either via email or a PDF form  

3.  Email the info to unlicensed-contractor@nespapool.org
